This website holds staff admin accounts, including names, email addresses, roles and hashed passwords. Authentication uses session cookies and server-side session records. Password-reset tokens are stored as hashes.

Uploaded images are held in a private media store. The database records image references, descriptions and any consent evidence. Public access to an image depends on its use in published content. Consent evidence is not published.

The website displays seeded fixtures, results, league tables and club records with their source references. It also holds the staff details supplied for publication.

There are no public application forms or newsletter subscriptions on this website. Analytics and tracking cookies are not in use.
