Andover Town 2–1 Locks Heath

As with most friendlies the results are basically unimportant. Its more for the management to see how old & new players perform.

A fairly closly fought contest saw Andover miss a few good chances but Locks Heath also gave a good account of themselves but Town defence held out. Locks Heath did take the lead in the first half with a penalty but Andover came back in the second half with two well taken goals courtesy of Karl Appleby & old favourite Michael Dixon. The match had the usual substitutions including Loyd Foot who came on late in the second half.
