Andover Town 2–3 Millbrook

Apologies as we do not have a report at present for this match.

However, Town gave a good account of themselves in this match and the feeling is they didn't deserve to lose (but that's football !). The match threw up the team with the best attack & the worst defence - Millbrook scoring 105 before this match, and Town conceding 104 - so the result was encouraging to say the least. Town made several changes from the team last lost 5-0 to Romsey - new keeper Harry Dillon, Ellis Dierich & Joshua Cummings coming in.

Town took the lead thanks to Samjay Samunda but a defensive error cost us the equaliser and apprantly a dubious hand ball gave away a penalty so the went in 1-2 down at half-time. Shortly after the break Town equalised through Josh Cummings and the they were very much in the match but on the hour the visitors scored what proved to be the winning goal.

Town can take heart from this match and hopefully they can get the results they desperately need with 13 matches left !!
